Your Order
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Purchase Orders, CODs (US Orders Only - Money Order or Cashiers Check Required At Delivery with an Additional $10 Processing Fee), Phone/Fax Orders and Electronic Checks.  Phone/Fax orders are held pending receipt of the check, and e-check orders are held for 12 days to allow adequate time for processing by the issuing bank. 

To help protect consumers from credit card fraud, all orders must be accompanied by a valid, non-anonymous e-mail address.

After an order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A second e-mail will follow when the order has shipped. 

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS, which offers a number of services to meet the delivery timeframe needed. Orders destined for shipment outside the US are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Return Policy
Stakepuller Corporation provides customers with a 30 day, money back guarantee on products. Only products purchased directly from Stakepuller Corporation are covered by the guarantee. Products purchased through resellers, retailers or distributors are not covered. Costs for retail packs, shipping and other materials are not covered. Custom stake pullers are not covered. Products must be returned in new condition in original packing materials. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned products. Sales Tax
State sales tax will only be charged on orders delivered within the state of Ohio.

Stakepuller Corporation is committed to ensuring the security of customers' order information. All credit card information is encrypted through a secure socket layer server (SSL) so that it cannot be read or copied as the information travels over the Internet. Depending on your browser, you will see a lock or key in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This ensures that the communication between your browser and our secure server cannot be observed by a third party.
